Renown "renaissance woman" Willow Chang will be one of the dazzling and dynamic performers to appear at Honolulu Twestival 2011.
Willow is perhaps best known as a dancer and teacher, and is a highly sought after presenter and artist with a recognized passion for the arts. But you may not know that she also sings. It is this side of Willow that will be showcased at The Venue on March 24.
For music fans, Willow shares her passion, artistic diversity and musicality, all evident in her generation-spanning song selections. She seamlessly marries American Songbook and Jazz standards with contemporary cabaret. With her stage presence, comedic timing, and an occasional jazzy kazoo solo, she creates an unforgettable experience.
This year, each Twestival around the world is raising money for a local charity. Twestival Honolulu benefits the Blood Bank of Hawaii. Remember, 100 percent of all ticket sales go to charity, and tickets are available now!
Every year, Twestival Honolulu brings people good people together, to have a good time for a good cause. But good music has always been one of the best parts of this annual event, and this year's gathering should not disappoint.
Stay tuned this week for announcements of even more great live acts!
